Stacy brings a longtime familiarity with the Treasure Coast and three decades of local real
estate experience to Engel & Völkers Stuart. A lifelong Martin County resident, she advanced
from serving as an administrative assistant at a local real estate office to handling property
transactions of every type and size. 
Since obtaining her broker’s license in 2000, Stacy has enjoyed success as an independent
agent, transaction coordinator and broker manager – honing her skills in listing and sales
contracts, negotiations and customer service. Her forte is overcoming challenges and finding
solutions.
“Real estate isn’t just a profession for me; it’s my passion and my life’s work,” she says. More
than buying and selling properties, she sees her role as “building lasting relationships and
ensuring that every client’s unique needs and dreams are met.”
Stacy maintains strong connections to the local community through memberships at the Stuart
Martin County Chamber of Commerce and Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce.as well as
through Women's Council of Realtors and local networking groups. She has been a member of
the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Realtor Association, and the Realtor
Association of Martin County since 1995.
Stacy’s husband David and their three grown daughters are her inspiration, reminding her daily
of the importance of finding each client a home where lasting memories can be created.
In addition to serving as an independent agent, Stacy teams with longtime colleagues John
Gonzalez and Michael Ponte. Together, they offer clients exceptional market knowledge and
resources.
